🐶 Are your treats natural?

We carefully select a range of natural dog treats and chews from trusted suppliers. Ingredients vary between products, so you’ll find the relevant ingredient and product information on each individual product page.

🐾 Do you make the treats yourselves?

No. We don’t manufacture our treats. We source them from trusted suppliers and carefully select, pack and sell them through Rea’s Paw Pantry.

🐕 Are your treats suitable for puppies?

Some are! Because puppies have different needs depending on their age, size and stage of development, not every treat will be suitable for every puppy. Where a product is suitable for puppies, we’ll include the relevant guidance on the product page. Always choose a treat appropriate for your puppy’s size and chewing ability and supervise them while enjoying it.

🦴 How do I choose the right treat for my dog?

Every dog is different, which is part of the fun! Our product descriptions include information to help you decide whether a treat may be suitable for your dog. Consider their age, size, chewing style, dietary requirements and any known allergies or intolerances when choosing.

🌿 Do your treats contain additives or preservatives?

This varies by product. We’ll clearly display the available ingredient and composition information on each product page so you can check before buying.

🤎 My treat looks different from the photograph. Is that normal?

Yes! Natural treats aren't made in a mould, so variations in size, shape, colour and appearance are completely normal. We think that’s part of their charm.

Product photographs are therefore a guide and the treats you receive may look slightly different.

⚖️ Will every treat be exactly the same size or weight?

Not necessarily. Because many of our products are natural, individual pieces can vary in size, shape and weight. Where products are sold by weight or quantity, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

🥩 How should I store my dog's treats?

Keep treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Once opened, make sure they are stored appropriately and follow any storage guidance shown on the product packaging or product page.

And, perhaps most importantly, somewhere your dog can't help themselves! 🐶

🐾 Should I supervise my dog while they're eating a treat?

Yes. Dogs should always be supervised when enjoying treats and chews.

Make sure fresh drinking water is available and choose treats appropriate for your dog's size, age and chewing habits. Remove any small pieces that could present a choking hazard.

🍽️ Are treats a replacement for my dog's normal food?

No. Treats and chews should be given as part of a balanced diet and aren't intended to replace your dog's complete everyday food.

Remember to take treats into account when considering your dog's overall daily food intake.

🥜 What if my dog has an allergy or intolerance?

Please check the ingredient and composition information on the individual product page before ordering. If your dog has a diagnosed allergy, intolerance or medical condition, speak to your vet if you're unsure whether a particular treat is appropriate.

📦 How are my treats packed?

Your order is carefully packed by us here at Rea’s Paw Pantry, with plenty of attention from our four-legged quality-control department.

We're also making thoughtful packaging choices wherever we can, including recycled/recyclable options where appropriate.

🎁 What are Rea's Treat Boxes?

Our treat boxes are hand-picked selections of goodies from the pantry, perfect if you want to spoil your dog or send a gift to another very good boy or girl.

Different boxes may be available throughout the year, including options such as our Puppy Box and Mystery Box. Check the individual box description before ordering for information about what may be included and suitability.

📮 Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the UK. Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales will be shown at checkout.

📦 When will my order be dispatched?

We're a small business and each order is carefully prepared and packed by us.

Our current processing and dispatch times will be displayed on our Delivery information page. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.
